“The house was a very special place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. Spacious, well equipped, fantastic view, glorious deck area and wonderful secluded location. Being able to use all the facilities of Catseye beach and then retreat to our own home from home was wonderful. Everyone had their own space and the communal areas were large and airy. “We loved our stay and the beautiful presentation of the property. Extremely well equipped, even down to an Esky top go to the IGA or picnic! The buggy held charge all day and is very capable. And the view is sensational. We'll definitely be back. Our only negatives are the oven not working properly and the inability to have a shower at a consistent temperature. The gas system seemed to operate at boiling or zero. Many, many litres of water wasted trying to get a usable temperature.”

“Spent the week om the Hamilton Island with family celebrating a major birthday. Property was close to town, easy walk in but a steep incline back (good exercise but buggy definitely needed). Property had all that our family of 6 needed (four adults and two children). Kids loved the pool as well as the local wildlife (plenty of warnings not to feed). Check in was a breeze with our buggy and valet waiting at the airport. Overall, a very pleasing experience. Would rebook in the future.”

Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of action for our entire stay (due to a broken part), the coffee machine was missing a part and the glassware provided was minimal and not to my level of expectation from such a high end property”

“We really enjoyed staying at Nautilus. It's spacious & in a great location close to the Marina & Catseye beach. It's also close to the airport but the noise wasn’t an issue (you can hear them but it's not that loud, often or long). The sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable but other than that, it was a perfect house for our group. It comes with a buggy & there is room to park another one that you can hire close by.”

“The communication was excellent; however, the property was old, quite musty and dirty and needed a total revamp. For the $, this was not great value at all. More suited to younger uni students!”

“Was a lovely home for our family holiday. Was hoping we had some sort of information sheet with details about the house and to have some staples in the pantry. We had to buy everything including foil, cling wrap, paper towel more dishwashing tabs etc. Batteries were missing from remote controls and towel rails were missing from the walls. “Our family of five spent five nights at Compass 10 over the Easter holidays. Communication with the Manager from booking was efficient and timely. Check in and out was super easy, we were met at the airport with our buggy on arrival. Everyone loved the buggy, we had to hire a second one as they only fit 4 and half the fun of Hammo is burning around in the buggies.
