Property is new. Owner is very nice and will answer any questions. We stayed one night and we had zero issues. Affordable rate as well. Comfy cute updated clean room

Not 10 out of 10 but not the worst.
The room itself was very accommodating but when I took a shower, the water was still standing the next morning. There was no communication how to get checked in or even how to get into the building. There was a storm going on and the building hallways leak which, I expect, will turn to mold later but I do understand that they plan renovations. Smart tvs in the rooms would not connect to WiFi so had to make phone a hotspot to watch anything.

Very sorry to hear that it wasnt the best stay for you. It was a little hectic with the tornado warning and the weather. If im not mistaken, Im the one that checked you in to make sure that you were okay and then followed with a message letting you know to utilize the basement, if god forbid, a tornado hit. And the shower has been fixed and the storm knocked out the internet. I am new to the hotel business, so I appreciate your kind words. thank youj.
