I am so very sorry for this experience! I wish you would have come to the desk so I could have rectified the situation. I will be letting maintenance know about the mattresses in those two rooms you had rented. In a few months the property is going under minor renovations/updates. New mattresses are on that list! We hope to see you again, so we can make up for this last experience. Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention!
