Disappointed in the cleanliness. The baseboards were covered with dust and hair. Tub was pitted out and tears on the bed coverings. Foot prints in bathroom. Beautiful view but if the remodel looked only to be partially completed

The sauna was down for repair but it didn't take away from the experience. The hot tub was HOT. The hottest one I've been in. Comparable to a hot spring. Food is pricey everywhere but they have a selection of restaurants in the town. The vegan restraunt (the green salmon) was the best vegan I've ever had. If they didn't tell you it was vega you wouldn't know. 10 min drive from a bunch of trails that connect the devil's churn, cooks chasm, thors well, and Cape Perpetua. The restraunts are also walkable close to the resort. We saw several people walking back from the restaurants/town to the resort. We paid extra for an ocean view and a Jacuzzi tub. The tub was roomey and you can sit in the tub while you watch the ocean. The jets where weak but sitting in the tub after a long day and listening to the ocean was amazing. The linens were clean the room/hotel is a bit dated on carpeting but it was still clean and spongie soft. We plan on staying again next year or maybe sooner. Lastly the map is a bit confusing you have to use an elevator to get to any rooms on the 3rd floor and they don't connect like 1st and 2nd floor. They also have a decent gym.

Adobe is such a nice place to stay on the Oregon Coast. It is along a rugged area of the coastline, with waves crashing on rocks, tide pools, and beauty all around. The Adobe treats me right, I always ask for the same room with a great view and they have always accomodated my requests. Great restaurant. Great people that do their best to meet your needs.

We really enjoyed our stay! The front office was very friendly. Our suite was amazing, and very roomy. The VIEW THE VIEW! Amazing view from our suite, and dinner at the restaurant down stairs. The restaurant was very nice, the staff was attentive and made great suggestions. The food! was impeccable! I recommend you try the clam chowder!! I recommend everyone stop here on their way down the coast. Will be returning!

Clean! 3rd floor King jacuzzi room is spacious with a very wide 3 window view that stayed transparent when it rained which is a big deal for beach rooms in April. Staff is pleasant, a lot of parking, and food is decent. Huge jacuzzi (I’d say 5 adults comfortably) and 2 huge sleeper chaise chairs. Lights against shore for all night ocean view. Fireplace a bonus. Will return.

We paid for a room with a gas fireplace. It was advertised that way. This is one of the main reasons we chose this room. After we were in our room and couldn’t get the fireplace to work, we called the front desk. They told us the fireplaces don’t work. Said they have ordered new ones. They didn’t give us any discount.

When we checked in, the heater to the room did not work, which we first thought .. okay, things happen. And then, ice machine does not work; the hallways are dirty, hallways have boxes of furniture staked along the wall, the room has one light on one side of the bed, and one light on the desk tried to play cards could not see (don't get me started on the room-large with ocean view and no place to sit but the bed there were two small chairs over by the door with an end table we moved them by the window to make do) hot tub was working but lukewarm as hot and cold water being pumped into the hot tub at same time so water was overflowing on to the deck and the tub was lukewarm as a result. The dining room was a hot mess. I ordered soup and salad, got the soup, and then sat for 45 minutes waiting for a salad, told, "Kitchen says 5 more minutes," I canceled the salad and ordered dessert to wait another 20 minutes. (Husband got up and went back to the room as he was about to lose his mind, and we did not want to be "that person.") Good luck if you choose to stay there. They say under construction, but this was more than renovation problems. We really should have asked for our money back as we were there for two nights, and the room was not cheap.

Smoke smell in the hallway of a nonsmoking room, the room was different than pictured, no patio, no fireplace, no complimentary breakfast, the coffee maker is in the counter in the bathroom, food in the restaurant was skimpy and there were zero other options to order from, the renovations going on were not customer-friendly. The people working seemed annoyed and irritated to be doing their job. Towels were stained. Dogs not allowed in pool area yet there were dogs in the pool area. There’s no real beach access. Pretty views on the walkway but there’s definitely no beach access from the hotel. It’s rocky and dangerous. This was my first time in Yachats and I will never be back. One of my worst experiences on the coast.

Under construction, needs better customer service in the lounge / restaurant. Adobe is a sweet location with an amazing view. The hotel is in the middle of upgrades. The room is clean and has nice updates. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was warm and lively. Went to the lounge for a drink. Didn’t get waited on. Left after twenty minutes.

Our room had dirty sheets . Then they moved us to a room that had trash behind the bench and a broken fireplace . They charged someone else's room to our card and there was major construction happening everywhere .

A very cool 1950s old resort. Unfortunately in the remodel they are removing most everything that was original. The circular bar with stunning vaulted redwood ceiling beams is still original and breathtaking; as is the view from the windows out to the ocean. The pool/hot tub indoor area is still original as well.

Hotel was nothing like the brochure pictured! Room was very dirty and had bugs on the bed, smell was horrible, they are remodeling, but it was the worst hotel ever! My daughter and i had told them about the issues. Then they had started tLking crap about us. Very disrespectful and horrible customer service.

A tad rundown, but they are apparently working on it as there were signs of some re-modeling. Did not have hot water in the mornings. Next to an great coastal walking trail. Two level building, upper level room was noisy, we were on lower. Lounge was closed. Excellent food in dining room with great view.
