We're sorry to hear that the mattress wasn't to your liking, feel free to request a different room if booking in the future. We did find that the air-conditioner was set on cool instead of heat, however we also found the controller wasn't very clear and we have ordered a replacement, thanks for letting us know. Sorry to hear the neighbour was so loud, but we're glad that you liked our hotel and the local band we had playing :)

Hi Sharon, thanks for your review and I'm glad you think its a beautiful place to stay! We do have a variety of local musicians that play for us and are always happy to add more musicians if there are any available! Feel free to keep an eye on our Facebook page or website for all live music acts, so that you can see what dates we have other musicians if you'd like to plan your stay to include different music :)

We are sorry to hear that you had this happen during your stay. We were not made aware of any issues to be able to try and rectify for you. We can't always control what guests do, and also being a strata complex not all of the people staying are booked with us, but we would always do our best to try and make sure those guests are not impacting your stay with us.
