“The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Great unique and quirky loft space. Very central right opposite Minster Cathedral. The bells rang for about an hour on the Sunday midmorning, but don't know if that is a regular thing. “The apartment is quite small, no drawers etc, however it’s immaculate. Easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a Morrisons /Waitrose about 5 mins away for any necessities you may require and a wonderful welcome pack awaits you.”

Lillian met us at check in and we couldn't fault the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped.
