Were it not for my Expedia discount, it would have been a little pricey for what it actually was, but it was sufficient. Still, consider a continental breakfast, or at least a coffee/tea maker in the room -- and definitely an ice machine! But it was functional enough for passing on through.

Our host was helpful and pleasant. The unit lacked the basics. No hand soap or tissues. No reading lamp. The shower faucet did not work at all and just luke warm water at the sink. I realize the low cost was my choice but I won't return.

Front desk opens at 1 PM. Forget help with morning problems such as non-functioning shower. Thick dirt in all corners and along baseboards. Chipped paint on furniture (easily fixed). Claims "pet friendly" when making reservations. Doesn't show $10 "pet charge" until arriving.With just a little effort this place could be quite nice

hello sir sorry for any inconvenience but our front office is open 24/7. and when you make reservations we also mention that we charger for pet and its 10 per pet.

The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. The pool was closed and it looked like it had been closed for some time. The parking lot was rough and the road was busy and noisy, although it did calm down at night so sleeping wasn’t too bad.

Bed was a lil loud with lil movement, but i have nothing bad to say about El Rancho its no 5 star resort but i felt safe the room was actually nicer than i was expecting fast easy check in i would stay here again if i was headed to Yuma again!

Lights in room were out. There was mold around bathtub. there were no hangers. There was SOMEONE ELSE'S HAIR on the pillow from a previous visit.

This hotel had all the rooms on the first floor and it was an easy access to the room. The property was kept clean.

It is a nice room. A couple suggestions. A table light that's not so BRIGHT! The lighting is either blasting or off! A safety rail in the shower would be wonderful to hang onto. Lastly. A bigger bar of soap! The one supplied is too tiny and not real soapy! Otherwise a nice place for a night or two.

No hot water in the am,, but it was as 9am and I’m guessing everyone was showering at the same time… BUT.. more importantly, the staff was very accommodating for my late 2am arrival. Additionally, I left a cell phone there and they called me about 30 min later while cleaning the room and informed me. Not everyone is honest these days, and it really struck home that it’s honesty and care for others … is hard to find. The fact that the staff was pleasant, accommodating, AND HONEST, left me with a very good impression of this place. A decent motel, to say the least!

Clean, basic, and affordable. A throwback to old roadside motels which is a theme on this stretch of 4th Street Yuma. I've stayed twice now, visited from San Diego. Good alternative to Vegas, pleasantly easy and scenic drive. Convenient to supermarket across the street. Uber is $12 to get to kokopah casino. I'll be back!

The TV did not work. The pool was empty and looked like it had not been filled in years. The door handle didn't work half of the time. Chair and table were patio furniture and very uncomfortable. The office area smelled like sewage. It was cheap, but it's have paid more for better. Not an accurate listing.

Disappointing Stay.
My wife advise me that we will never stay here again. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The air conditioner kept her up. The neighbors started talking louldly outside the room from 3:00 AM on till 5:00. The only positive was a good location for us shopping and eating. We appreciate the recomendation the owner made for a good Indian restaurant, that was fantastic.

hello sir, about air conditioner it shuts off when it reaches to the temperature that you have set until then it keeps running and for the noise outside, we checked the camara and we saw no one talking outside your room at that specific time. sorry for the inconvenience. thank you.
