“Vi hade bokat två nätter men vi tyckte att lodgen hade en ganska låg trivselfaktor i förhållande till det höga priset och andra lodger under vår resa. Därför tittade vi på fallen första eftermiddagen och avbokade andra natten. Vildsvinen var både pikanta och lite väl påstridiga. God frukostbuffe. Minus var att det saknades toa och dusch på övervåningen. Fin utsiktsveranda med nät där uppe.”

“This is such a gem in Victoria Falls and I highly recommend you to book this! The owners Phil and Mornette are such a lovely couple and the staff is so friendly and helpful, whether you just want to chill at the hotel or do different activities. Loved the room, stylish, comfy and clean. They have paid attention to details. The breakfast was excellent. This place gives you both the nice hotel feeling and the home away from home feeling. Do book! ”

“If you're a hostel traveler, this place is amazing!! We loved it... from the accomodations to the central gathering place, the food and friendly staff, the ambience and security measures, plus walkable to Vic Falls. As with most anywhere, could use some upgrades, especially in the few ensuite bathrooms (and maybe some pop-in screens for the windows to allow enjoyment of the cooler night air), but even the least-best about this place was acceptable... and the best-best more than made up for...

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Shongwe Oasis. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and made sure all of our needs were attended to. Our room (honeymoon suite) had a comfortable king size bed with mosquito curtains around it, large bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The pool is a great place to get some sun, although I would recommend using it in the morning or lunch time as it does get leaves and seeds falling in it throughout the day (cleaned in the mornings).
