“Needed a quiet getaway, away from the beach party noice”

“We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

“The property is beautiful- the view, the condo, the location - all just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. There are two grocery stores very close. Quiet location except for one night. There is a private club next door & there was a party that blasted music until 6 am one night. Other than that it is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD.”

“Benny started us out on the right foot with a great tour of the beautiful condo and set us up with a whale watching and snorkeling trip that beat our expectations. In addition he setup a private chef, Blanca, Jesus, and Estrella were awesome and made our family an incredible feast. Our only regret was that we didnt do it earlier in the week to have time to eat all the leftovers prior to our departure. “The listing stretches the truth a bit, such as I couldn’t see evidence of a recent remodel, but the unit did look just like the photos. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location, short walk to the pier. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. I was disappointed that the listing says there may be resort fees. When you get there, the check in paperwork and instructions in the condo, tell you what the resort fees are. There are definitely resort fees, you should fix the listing.”

“The penthouse condo was absolutely gorgeous! The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Stunning views from the balcony and the rooftop. We were only there three nights but we ended up using both hot tubs. Sitting in the rooftop hot tub and looking out at the stars over the ocean was pretty magical. Ana was great to work with. She was very friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions. Would love to come back and stay there again❤️”

“We had a great 4 night stay at Casa Carlson. We have stayed at another property at this location and were familiar with it. Casa Carlson is a penthouse with a rooftop deck and splash pool, that was the only difference with the other property. Pablo greeted us like last time. He showed us the ropes. The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. The front door lock was the only tricky part and Pablo took care of it. We would definitely come back here.”
