Quick and easy
Few minutes walk to the train station. Perfect for an overnight stay. Small room with private bathroom, has everything you need for the night. Also, small room with micro and a kettle on every floor.

Krånglig incheckning, ska göra allt själv även om personalen finns i samma byggnad. Rummen var bra, badrummet var ganska litet. inte mycket plats att vända på. Låg nära tågstationen, bra för oss som bara skulle sova där.

Bra läge, litet men fräscht
Bra läge nära tågstationen. Promenadavstånd in till stan. Vid autoincheckningen funkade inte vår dörrkod så vi fick ringa på hjälp. Han som hjälpte oss var sur och inte serviceinriktad. Litet men fräscht rum och badrum.

Bra om du bara planerar sova där
Rent och fräscht. Ganska lyhört mellan rummen och utifrån men vi sov gott i den sköna sängen. Ingen hiss finns men vi fick byta rummet från fjärde till första våningen vilket då var OK med tanke på våra tunga väskor. Service finns men allt kostar extra. Finns en del schyssta restauranger i närheten. Vi gick till hotellet från centralstationen, tog ca 10 min. Går även buss var 10:e minut på parallellgatan som går till centralen, mycket smidigt liksom resten av Zurichs lokaltrafik. Wi-Fi fungerade OK men var segt ibland.

Enkelt, prisvärt boende i otrevliga kvarter
Man får det man betalar för! Trångt men rent! Helt okej rum för kortare vistelse men skulle välja bekvämare boende för flera nätter. Otrevligt område med stripklubbar och bråk utanför på natten. Var dock nära till allt men inte mitt i turistkvarteren vilket var skönt!

The only thing Easy about this hotel is the name and checking in. It should be called hardHotel. It was hard to get comfortable because there was no thermostat. We opened the windows to cool things off which made it hard to sleep because there was noise and activity on the streets until 4 am. It was hard to communicate with anyone because the wifi didn’t work and it was hard not to be bored at night because the TV didn’t work. It was hard to shower in the morning because the shower head was broken and it was hard to get service because nobody is available in the building. It is self check in (which was the only easy part). Nobody picks up the phone when you call and they never got back to me about the wifi etc when I messaged them.

After check the wifi and the tv we couldnt find anything broken, however we want to mention that we do not offer pay tv so some channels are blocked due to that. Tiny room. Good for the night. Interesting bathroom design inside the room. Travel alone or with someone you know - not much privacy… Other than this - great location, close to the main train station. Reasonably priced. No fuss with check in or out, but can’t leave luggage with consierge.

First time staying at Easy Hotel. Very bare bones. Wish there was a little bit more room in the shower and a hairdryer would’ve been appreciated.

Very convenient to take trains early.
Check in in the middle night could be a little bit frightening since there is no front desk in case of trouble. In spite of this, we didn´t had any problem with the check in, just to let you know. The room is actually very small but that is the idea of these hotels. Very close to the Zurich Hauptbannhof and that is very convenient. This is their strongrest point and the price, considering Zurich prices. _:-)

Pésimo. Hotel abusivo y Hostil
Absolutamente terrible. El sitio es pésimo. No ofrece servicio de limpieza diario. No hay nadie a quien pedirle ayuda para nada porque todo es automático. El personal es grosero y abusivo. El gerente del hotel me pidió que me retirara del hotel por quejarme por su gestión y respuesta ante la limpieza diaria. NO QUEDARSE ACÁ por ningún motivo. Hay muchas mejores opciones. Abusan de sus clientes y no tienen ningún servicio al cliente. Además la habitación es diminuta y no tiene ni siquiera una silla para poner una maleta. Hay que arrodillarse para acostarse en la cama en la habitación que nos tocó jajajaja. Un desastre total.

Easy but No easy
Easy hotel is not easy as you think. So please read careful all tern and warning on the wall. So when you get out before check out please don't lock your door! Even though before 11! The card will not working. Over all my window was broken and no heater or AC, no elevator but you can't leave your laguagge in the storage. Otherwise the will lock your code. Well everything is okay the have electric kettle and microwave.

It's important to keep in mind the hotel rooms are tiny. We called the staff because our sink was clogged, and they helped right away. The worst thing about it is the area. Yes it is close to the main station and a nice shopping area, but the immediate area around it very noisy, dirty and unsafe. We woke up to people screaming are playing loud music multiple times.

The rooms are fine, basic but all you need. However our room had a broken toilet seat and badly flickering light in the bathroom which felt like you were having a seizure. Needs fixing.

Sink and shower both leaked. Bed was very uncomfortable as there was no mattress. Nothing to the pillows. No air conditioning so opened the window but loud all night long so could not sleep. Will not recommend to others.

Neighboring business was very loud until about 22:30 and we wanted to sleep after flight. Since there is not air conditioning windows needed to be open for comfort. They provide no fans to cool and mask the noise. Light switch in bathroom was defective. Would flash on and off in an annoying manner.
