Extraordinary
A luxury hotel well suited with a lovely view over Zürich. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room with a nice balkony was fantastic. The spa area was fantastic,quiet and relaxed. Dinner at the Salz restaurant was expensive and not quite worth the price.

Fint hotell med utsikt över staden
Bara resan upp till hotellet är en upplevelse. Vackra slingrande vägar upp till hotellet. Personalen är hjälpsam ut till fingerspetsarna. Hjälper till med allt som har med vistelsen att göra, fixar alla bokningar, ger förslag och ordnar allt så det enda man behöver göra är att åka iväg på sina utflykter. Saftiga priser men definitivt prisvärt.

Simplesmente fantástico! O hotel é lindo, limpo, fica localizado a poucos quilômetros da região central de Zurique. Tem vários restaurantes, a comida é muito boa e o café da manhã maravilhoso. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é macia e as toalhas de banho novas, A piscina é grande, deliciosa... nesse hotel tem tudo o que você precisa para relaxar. Com certeza voltaremos!

The next level 5 star experience
I had very high expectations for the Dolder and the staff exceeded such to include an amazing room upgrade from reception and and one of the beat breakfasts I've had in Saltz. I will return at least once a year from my flat in Andermatt because of the room upgrade (too much to describe, but high class and high tech including TV mirror in bath to watch from soaking tub) and the chance to dine at their 2 star michelin. Do not miss a chance to stay there when in Zurich. It is worth every penny.

Hotel Maravilhoso, fica dentro de uma reserva, possui bosques ao redor, vistas muito lindas do ponto mais alta de Zurich. Comemoramos 17 anos de casados lá. Foram Muito atenciosos com tudo, desde pétalas de rosas, a chocolates maravilhosos. Uma das melhores experiências culinárias tivemos no The Restaurant, restaurante com 2 estrelas Michelin, que fica dentro do hotel. Recomendo reservarem logo que chegar ao hotel, pois é bem concorrido.

Not 5 star or luxury really. Holding loud corporate party’s that kept us awake until past 1am. Thought things where better when they offered a 500$ credit but at checkout tried to renege on it and sent some poor girl out after my departure to ask for 150$. Cheap and tacky. Staff at here nice. Management seems the issue. Also note partial view can mean in my case over a carpark and half view of carpark. Little attention to details. Dirty carpets on steps. No nibbles on hen drinking cocktail. Slow service. Surly wait staff in main restaurant ( witnessed two arguments with customers and them) Very expensive and not really worth it. Disappointed. Hoped for a spa type relaxed stay. I was over the whole issue if only they didn’t try and cheap out on their apology credit at the very end. Embarrassing. Anyway. Nice, elegant, beautiful setting but not what I would expect from a hotel at over $1100 a night. Just be specific when you book about room situation and corporate affairs they are having.

This place is a must see! Beautiful grounds all around. Beautiful architecture. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Michellin Star Restaurant is a must! Breakfast was amazing at the Saltz Restaurant! Beautiful views from our balcony and bed!!! Overall we had an incredible experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

They was not tell any information about hotel. So FrontDesk 1 points. Only from fromdesk girl good working, she change our room, because the room, which took us for first, was very ugly and dirty. Housekeeping 5 points, they are hi level. Housekeeping is the best service. Spa is exelent ,especially Italian guy from spa cafe. Hi is the best employee...

This system allows to cool down the guest room’s temperature to up to 8C deeper than the outside temperature. To ensure a pleasant indoor temperature, even when outside temperatures are high, we recommend keeping the windows closed and not to switch off the air circulation system. a stunning property. absolutely memorable and luxurious in every way. HIGHLY recommend if you want some peace and quiet, but do not recommend if you want to be in the city center. it's an uber ride away.
