Positioned right in the heart of popular south Mollymook, it's only a short walk and one street back from the glorious sands of Mollymook beach itself.
With popular cafes, perfect for the holiday brekkie or lunch. Walk to the large fully equipped children's park - you'll find it hard to tear the kids away!
The golf course is just around the corner with panoramic ocean views from the club's bistro.
Further north you'll find a small shopping centre, and the iconic restaurant Bannisters Pavilion and popular fusion restaurant, Gwylo. Further up the hill is Rick Stein at Bannisters, definitely worth a visit.

Further afield, just a 5 minutes drive away from the property is Ulladulla CBD hosting its own shopping centre, boutiques and supermarkets, and plenty more cafes and restaurants including the popular Cupitts winery. Or drive a few minutes north-west into the historic Milton and explore the art galleries and antique centres.
