“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“This was a great holiday location and the house was clean and comfortable with a well equippet kitchen and had a private patio right outside. The pool and the pool area was fantastic with sunbeds, chairs and parasols. It was quite and relaxing. Some nice restaurants were within walking distance from the house. The hosts were very nice and gave us valuable tips about activities, restaurants and places of interest. We stayed her with our 2 kids (aged 8 and 10) for one week and we really loved it!...

“Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit sechs Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse sorgt für Entspannung und das Haus ist großzügig, ruhig und sehr schön eingerichtet. . Es gibt vier Schlafzimmerr in der ersten Etage sowie eins im Etdgeschoss, was vergleichsweise klein ist und uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat wie die Zimmer oben. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer findet sich im Cottage. Toll wäre es, wenn auch die Fenster des Wohnzimmers Fliegengitter hätten. Dann könnte...

“Schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Fabriano, mit einem SUV gut zu erreichen. Paolo kümmert sich regelmäßig um den Pool.Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Küchenausstattung ist top, ebenfalls gibt es eine bequeme Couch. Die Überdachung vor dem Haus mit Tisch und Bänken ist bei einem etwaigen Regenschauer oder für einen Vollschatten sehr gut zu nutzen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft.”

“We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by cornfields and in around 15-20 minutes by car you are at the beach. The house has very good facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden is just huge...same is the pool...just amazing! Outside there is enough seating available for dining as well as lounge chairs to relax by the pool area. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful! We already had some drinks...
