It was generous with water in bottles for a whole week, with a lot of things in the kitchen everything irradiated generosity and taste. “Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Sehr schöne und große Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit freistehendem Pool und langen Tisch für 20 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal.”

“This was a great holiday location and the house was clean and comfortable with a well equippet kitchen and had a private patio right outside. The pool and the pool area was fantastic with sunbeds, chairs and parasols. It was quite and relaxing. Some nice restaurants were within walking distance from the house. The hosts were very nice and gave us valuable tips about activities, restaurants and places of interest. We stayed her with our 2 kids (aged 8 and 10) for one week and we really loved it!...

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

“Unser Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe von 20 Personal, alles Familien mit Kindern war wirklich sehr erholsame. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hattten auf dem Grundstücke genug Platz um gemeinsame zu verweilen oder auch sich zurück zu ziehn. Ein toller Pool, guter Zufahrtsweg und der Strand nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. “wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus mit Pool verbracht. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten”

“Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat ausreichend Zimmer und Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kimder (6, 7 und 8 Jahre). Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist für die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. Auch eine Kiste mit lokalen Produkten (Brot, Käse, Salami, Tomaten, Salat) von den Bauern in der Umgebung gab es auch geschenkt. “We hebben genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en goed geoutilleerde huis. De weg omhoog is echter nogal avontuurlijk. Jammer was ook dat de WiFi het niet deed toen wij er waren. Le Marche is een prachtige authentieke niet toeristische streek.”

“We hade a great stay in the villa during 9 unusually hot days in June. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely needed. We were 3 families 6 adults and 7 teenagers between 16-19. At the outdoor eating area we had both breakfasts and many home cooked dinners. The kitchen was quite well equipped and it was great with 2 ovens when we were so many. The slow two slice toaster was on the other hand a nuisance in the mornings. There was also something wrong with the electricity in the kitchen area...
