“This place was perfect for us to walk to store & also meet friends on the water. A few things need repaired but overall it was spacious for our family of 5. Landscaping is perfect. Staff & Nancy are delightful. It’s a little bit noisy with construction nearby, but fans help keep that to a minimum. Loved & brought extension cord recommendation from another family. Met lovely neighbors. Would stay here again!”

“Vince met us at the ferry dock with our rental golf cart and we followed him to the VRBO. The unit was just as the online pictures showed and we had a great stay. Spanish Wells was laid back and so beautiful.”

“Villa was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The property is well maintained with a lovely pool; a tropical oasis right outside. The surrounding area is safe and within walking distance to the market, restaurants and beach. We really enjoyed Meze grill for dinner and Gordon's Bay was a beautiful beach. The hosts are superb! Very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at this property its absolutely perfect for a Bahamian getaway.”

“Nice location, large spacious unit close to beach. Availability of car to use was a great plus. Jens was helpful and was able to assist me with places to eat and where to pick up groceries. Outside door lock was a problem that needs to be addressed. And normally soap or shower gel are available in rental homes which were not made available here. But other than that I would recommend it for a great Grand Bahama vacation!”

“Great property just a short drive from the airport and right next to Sandals. Easy walk to Cable Beach and a variety of restaurants. Just a 10 minute walk up the road to Baja Mar for more restaurants and casino! This property is clean and well priced! I spoke/texted the manager a few times and she responded immediately. We set up pick up from and drop of to the airport as well ! Would totally stay here again!!”

“This place was so beautiful, clean, well kept. You can see the beach right outside the windows. I went back and forth between this place and the Hilton and was so glad I chose this one. The Hilton was a nightmare. The owner was very communicable and kind. Would definitely stay again. ”

However some of the information we previously received when booking was unfortunately not correct, e.g. the beach was not suitable for a baby and the room couldn't be made completely dark, which was important for us to ensure that napping would be possible for our baby during the day and this was promised beforehand. In addition for the size of the room, it was a bit overpriced.”

“Loved our stay! Can’t go wrong staying this close to the beach. Great pools. Well supplied kitchen; be sure to hit the grocery store before you head over if you want to dine in a few times. The food at Viola’s was really good - the service was a little inconsistent/slow at times. Look forward to coming back soon!”
