  • Underbar strand med spektakulär utsikt över Guana Cay och havet. Du kan njuta av bada eller koppla av på din bakre veranda mot havet. Vår 1-sovrumshyra har sin egen privata ingång och veranda fram och bak. Vår moderna lägenhet är fullt möblerad med ett kylskåp i storleken, spis, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare och alla andra grundläggande behov. Sovrummet består av en dubbelsäng, klädkammare med byrå, takfläkt och luftkonditionering med individuell temperaturreglering. Loungen har en platt-TV och en bekväm soffa som omvandlas till en bäddsoffa i två storlekar. Den har också en takfläkt och en temperaturkontrollerad luftkonditionering. Badrummet är komplett med badkar, dusch, toalett och handfat. Det finns ett bord med stolar för inomhusmat och bord och stolar på bakre veranda för att koppla av och äta middag medan du njuter av utsikten över stranden. Solstolar i schäslong finns också tillgängliga för solbad. Det finns tillgång till gratis obegränsad Wi-Fi.

L'emplacement du logement est parfait, directement sur la plage. L'appartement est "vintage" mais tres confortable. Les hôtes, très âgés, sont adorables, on se sent comme à la maison. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Della struttura ho apprezzato la disponibilità di teli mare e tovaglie pulite. Era disponibile il wifi. I vicini di casa il giorno di natale ci hanno offerto il pranzo, sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Il mare è meraviglioso e gli squali e le stingray vengono sino sotto casa

Treated Like Family

We enjoyed our stay in Exuma. We were promptly greeted once we arrived, and provided with keys for entry. During our stay we were treated like family, great overall service/experience.

Perfect getaway right on the beach!

We absolutely loved this place! It was nice and quiet, had our own beach on a beautiful bay. We saw a couple of sea turtles and lots of puppies running around. The hosts were great, jasmine made sure to check in with us and make sure we were settled. Ill definitely be looking to book here again!

Beachfront paradise

Betty and Oswald are amazing hosts! This was our second time staying here, we are always going to book this place for our stays. They are the sweetest family, made us feel like we were staying with our own family. They treated us to homemade dinner one evening out on the back porch, it was so good and a great experience getting to talk with them. If you are looking for a wonderful beach and a cozy room right on it, look no further :)

First, the view from the property was absolutely amazing. The property had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There were beach chairs, a cooler, and plenty of towels. The location was great.

This was an outstanding rental with an unmatched beach front view. It was quiet and very private all week. The hosts were warm, engaging and checked in intermittently to make sure all our needs were attended. Will definitely be returning for future visits.

Amazing home and owners

Betty and Oswald were so amazing and friendly. We could not have asked for better hosts for our stay. This is the place to stay for a true Bahamian experience. Nothing short of a perfect vacation!

Beautiful place on the water with so much character.

We had such an amazing time and our hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The place has everything you need, and you can fall out your back door onto the beach and what feels like your own private beach! Don’t miss having dinner at Lighthouse Cafe and ice cream. It’s right next down and feels like home cooking!

This property is a hidden gem, such a cute little rental. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It is on a beautiful beach with almost no other people on it. There are several places to eat close by. The host checked on us several times while we were there to make sure everything was ok. It is about a 30 minute drive to Georgetown but we knew that when we booked and had a rental car and it was a easy drive. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

Tranquility

We enjoyed our stay and the location and beach right out the front door created tremendous tranquility and allowed us to recharge our batteries. Oswald and Betty are the perfects hosts and true treasures. Warm, welcoming, and made us feel like a part of their family as soon as we met them. We can't wait to come back and stay again. We would highly recommend this property. Also the Lighthouse Cafe and Ice Cream Parlor next door had great food. Loved the Coconut Shrimp.

Fantastic snorkeling backyard beach

You cannot beat the backyard access to the amazing almost empty beach, literally a few steps away. The owners are really nice people and the place very quiet. Exuma people are quite welcoming in general. My only problem was being badly bitten by mosquitos and related bugs, but that had nothing to do with the property itself.

A week of relaxing

Lovely people, cute little place with a wonderful view to the blue, blue water. Oswald and I chatted about the history of the island and he shared local stories. Really enjoyed that, and he also gifted me some watermelon from his farm. Perfect. Need a car to stay here, as is the case for most rentals on the island. Only one small problem was a very bright light outside the bedroom window.

Humble, quaint, and quiet

These 3 words best describes our stay. Everything is as the pictures show and, while not over the top fancy, it is just perfect. Communication with the hosts, Oswald and Betty, was prompt, curious and so helpful. Directions from the airport to their home was precise and very easy to follow. Being able to walk in the front door and walk directly out the back door to the Caribbean Sea was incredible. The front and back porch are perfect for your morning coffee and there are plenty of chairs in the backyard for sitting and watching the sea. We were looking for a place where we could be alone without the crowds and we found it! It was wonderful!

This property was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I thought it was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the water side enjoying that beautiful turquoise water. The size of the apartment was perfect for us, we were quite comfortable. Walking the beach was great enjoyment. Tanya and Marco were very nice and were certainly knowledgeable about the area. They made us a meal of original Bahamian Food. That was tasty! Good food. Good people. We hope to go back to this exact location some day. Absolutely one of the most beautiful places on earth. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and the backyard was wonderful with only just steps to the beach which was always empty. Have seen several sea turtles while watching from back yard and snorkeling. Lots of shade and palm trees in back yard. The host and family were very nice and checking on us. The apartment is small but expected it. The A/C worked excellent. The only thing I did not like was the bed that was not very comfortable and the small love seat couch. I don’t think anything bigger could fit in this little apartment. But overall I would stay here again! It’s like having your own little paradise in your backyard!
