Prisvärt boende!
Bra kommunikation med hotellet innan avresa. Rent och snyggt. Sängen var lite för hård gör min smak. Bra med litet och praktiskt pentry. Fina parker nära.

Allt var bra utom att vi inte kunde få något frukostpaket trots att vi betalat för frukost tom avresedagen. På morgonen fanns det en trevlig kvinnlig receptionist som beklagade detta och snabbt ordnade fram kaffe till oss. De manliga receptionisterna förväxlde våra rumsnummer med våra finska vänner och detta ordnades snabbt men när vi ej kunde erhålla frukostpaket ville vi avboka frukost men det gick inte enligt dem. I övrigt var det mesta bra och att det pågår byggnation i områden kan ju inte hotellet lastas för.

Litet och familjärt hotel. Superbra frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stora och bra rum. Nära till U-bahn, lugnt. Perfekt ställe för familjeresan när vi firade nyår i berlin.

Utmärkt boende
Mycket fräscht och trevligt litet hotell med mycket god service och fin frukost. Området under uppbyggnad. Mycket trevligt ölbryggeri med servering bredvid och lätt att traska till många olika stadsdelar härifrån. Vill man hellre åka tunnelbana, finns två olika stationer i närheten.

Bra hotel
Hotellet var över alla våra förväntningar. Trevlig personal och trevliga rum. Kul med et litet kök så att man skulle kunna fixa lite enklare mat om man inte har lust eller råd att gå ut och äta varje dag.

Perfekt boende för ett några dagars turistande. Rymligt rum och praktiskt med pentry. Nära till tunnelbanan. God frukost som rekommenderas som tillval.

Fräscht och nytt
Mycket bra hotell med mycket bra service (t.ex. var det inga problem att låna laddare, som jag glömt hemma, till mobben). Hela hotellet kändes fräscht och nytt, inte långt från metro-stationen Gleisdreieck men i ett område där det verkade vara mest vanliga bostäder. Ca 15 min att gå till Potsdamer Platz. Värt att boka med frukostbuffén!

Bra hotell med god service, beläget i en byggarbetsplats (å andra sidan är större delen av Berlin en byggarbetsplats.) Nära U-bahn, 10 min att gå till Potzdamer Plats. Möjligen en varning för varma dagar då hotellet saknade AC.

For the most part, everything was pretty good. Some front desk staff was friendlier than others. The laundry machines (at least one of them) are hard to figure out and program, even if weird english instructions are on the wall. You can't program as you need it. But, they were free, so that was great. I went to breakfast ONCE. They made a fuss about getting my room number, even if you have to pay cash if you don't schedule it ahead of time. I thought it was to keep track of the people who went to breakfast. I paid cash and was told that I didn't need a receipt. When I was checking out, I was told that I owed for a breakfast. I explained that I only had ONE and had paid in cash on the spot, being told that I didn't need a receipt. I described the women, and I asked if any of the 2 women were there to corroborate, but none "seemed" to be around, even if breakfast had just ended. The front desk woman ultimately decided to "take my word on it" with an uncomfortable infliction on it. I expressed that I didn't like having things like that and that the women's "negligence" to create that situation was not acceptable. If I was told a receipt wasn't needed and I paid, but it wasn't reflected in their system - where did the money go? It all ended with my credibility in question and everyone feeling weird about it. That's why I usually never use any hotel's services, specially room service and the mini bar. If it wasn't for this, I would've given it a better review.

Very clean and comfortable stay!
I had an amazing stay at Flottwell. They let me check in early and I had a great room. The Wifi and internet was great and the place was very clean and comfortable. I will be staying here again in the future! They also rent out bikes and e-bikes and so I recommend grabbing one of those.

Chill spot to stay at in Berlin!
Very chill and quiet area with very efficient communication needed for the whole process. I like the clear structure and cleanliness, also very convenient to commute around. Highly recommended!

Spacious comfortable clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. An option to be completely independent by a well stocked kitchen and no obligation to have staff in to clean. However I found it un nerving to have no staff on duty at weekends. I would avoid staying here over a weekend period as a solo female.

Nice hotel, no temperature control
A friendly quiet hotel, well connected by public transport. A small kitchenette with a French coffee press is a great plus. Note the temperature inside was too warm in late September (23-24C) with no air-conditioning (opening windows is too noisy).

Das Hotel hat uns SEHR gut gefallen, das Zimmer bestens ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Die Kochnische mit 2- Platttenherd und Kühlschrank, total praktisch! Am Wochenende gab es keinen Kontakt zu irgendjemandem (wir haben nur übernachtet, ohne zu frühstücken). Der automatische Zugang hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Alles ist sehr sehr gut organisiert. Es gibt wirklich nur eine einzige Einschränkung: die laut ratternde S- Bahn fährt in ca 100m Entfernung vor dem Fenster vorbei - alle 10- 15 Minuten. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist also keine gute Idee. Dafür gibt es eine Lüftungsanlage, die diesen "Mangel" sehr gut ausgleicht. Das Viertel ist insgesamt sehr angenehm, die Lage hervorragend, z.B. ist die Philharmonie fußläufig zu erreichen.

Stayed for the Berlin Marathon. Convenient location, easy walk to train station. Quiet area. Free laundry and dryer. Only thing is they have no reception on the weekends which is a bit weird. Would stay again though. Thanks

Flottwell Hotel rooms (we had three), were very spacious and well appointed with comfortable furniture, large bathrooms and excellent kitchenettes with plenty of crockery. It was quiet and spotlessly cleaned and maintained. Very convenient to transport and local eateries and supermarkets.

The automated checkin was a bit impersonal but worked just fine - kind of like using an ATM to get hotel card keys. The property seemed very new and clean and the room had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to the metro station one direction, and a bit longer walk in the other direction to a street with a grocery store and other shops. Very nice place to stay.

Bravo ! J’ai adoré cet hôtel. Très bien situé. Cuisine fonctionnelle simple. Un seul bémol… La réception est ouverte la semaine (lundi au vendredi) de 7:00 à 14:00 seulement. Mais, si on suit les instructions de l’hôtel, tout est assez simple. ( obtenir les clés hors réception, cuisinière électrique, ménage de la chambre, …) . J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

This was a fabulous small hotel in a quiet residential area. The staff was great and the rooms and cleanliness were excellent. I was there for three weeks and felt at home the whole time. Public transportation is in walking distance, as well as stores, restaurants, pharmacy - really everything. I would not stay anywhere else in Berlin now!

Like the hotel - don't like unstaffed reception
I prefer a 24h staffed front desk for security reasons and would avoid booking again when traveling alone for this reason. Otherweise I found the hotel pleasant. Rooms facing the courtyard are quiet. The location is fine and the nearby park does not have to be crossed at night to access the hotel (access via Pohlstraße instead, it is a short walk to several bus and subway stops).
