I am giving 3 stars and it’s mainly because the cleaning crew and the restaurant staff and spa ‘saved’ the hotel, from my perspective. Otherwise, I would have given only 1-2 stars. Front desk is courteous but ineffective, management team seems to be not hands on. Good hotels don’t run on architecture or interior design, if you don’t have superb staff, and supportive managment team, you are just 2 star hotel at best!
