“Väldigt bra service. Personalen är snälla och hjälpsamma. Frukostbuffén var bra och mycket att välja på, hade dock uppskattat också om det var mer frukt som serverades, som man kunde välja. Det var väldigt mysigt att promenera runt och inte alls långt till stranden. Jag blev uppgraderad för inte alls så mycket pengar, rummet var så stort och öppet. Den hade mycket fin utsikt och stor balkong var man kan njuta av utsikten.”

“Vi bokade alltså fem superior-rum tillsammans med mina systrar och deras familj. Superior-rum var det inte som som vi hade fått. Faciliteter i alla superiorrum som vi bokade ska finnas Layout - Vardagsrum, middagsbord och sittutrymme Mat och dryck - Pentry och dessa fanns inte i alla rummen vi fick. Dessutom så står det grattis frukost. Ja, det var det men bara för två personer per rum. “What a great time! Great staff, fun facility and god the view was great. Did the infinity pool at night and I was the only one in there. Not sure why. Probably a rarity but it was sooo serene. Highly recommend. The golf course is a challenging executive course. Well, at least it was challenging for me. ”

“At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend.”

“It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

“While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

“Finding the property was quite an adventure since the app we used made us drive around the back which was not easily passable. Also, the room we got still smelled like fresh paint, so we asked to be transferred, which the hotel staff promptly did. Overall experience was average. Not too bad, but not exceptional.”
