“It is very nicely located by the beach. They were friendly and helped us with codes that we hadn't received before, the same evening we arrived. However, the floors were really dirty and the main room reeked of urine. We couldn't air out the stench and had a hard time being in the room.”

“My friend and I decided to do a get away together and found this condo. It was pretty affordable compared to other options and in a good location. I liked being a little further away from the boardwalk but also very easy bike ride. Great restaurant and ice cream spot right across the street. It was nice to have a view of the ocean from the balcony. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. “We needed a quick little getaway for our family for the night and this was just perfect ! Right across the street from the beach. You really can't beat that! The home was cute ,clean, and cozy. “We arrived to Carolina beach an hour early and i reached out to Diane to see if we could just park there while we went to the beach. She let me know we could check in early which was great. The property was clean and super cute, cottage-like. It was a short walk to the beach and all the shops. We never had to drive once.”

“So pleased with our stay that we booked our next visit before we left! The property manager was very nice and we had excellent communication before & after our arrival, (which eased my mind traveling from Indiana). The house was very clean with the cutest porch to just relax and watch the evening unfold. The beach is so close we walked to it numerous times a day (morning dog walks/shell hunting/afternoon swims/evening surf watching). The local boardwalk, fishing piers, restaurants and shops...

“Wonderful condo steps away from the beach! This place had everything we needed & more. I’m very sensitive to fragrances and the owner made sure all the towels & linens were washed in fragrant free detergent prior to our arrival. It was especially nice having the beach chairs, toys, and umbrella to use and not having to bring our own. We will be back!!”

“My husband, adult daughter, and I rented this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo to get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The beds slept well and the sheets were soft. We especially enjoyed the cool ocean breezes as we sat outside on the deck.”
