“Good stay out there had to go to four different floors to find ice and beds were getting worn out”

“Our check in was not good. Room was not ready at 4:00. Staff was not very helpful with estimated time we would be able to return. We did come back after 5:00pm, room still not ready. Again, staff was not very helpful or customer service oriented. Did not like the fact that my CC was charged before I even formally checked into the hotel!”

“Room with Mountain View was great. Room was very spacious and clean. The facility and activities were average. Comparing with other resorts like the Gaylord I would much rather stay at Gaylord. I like that we got to stay here and have the experience but don’t think I would come back again.”
