"I spent 3 weeks at the hotel solo in a double room and have no complaints. Due to the big Time zone difference I ended up booking my stay as one day too early, but after a short wait upon my arrival I could check in no problem. The staff was very helpful and most of them (cleaning staff not included) seemed to understand English just fine. The room might feel the slightest bit cramped if you are a larger person (I am 6'1"/185cm), but nothing to really complain about. There is a restaurant at the hotel with a breakfast buffet you can eat at every morning for a fee with a decent selection. "

"Well located hotel in Shinjuku. It’s important to know that the rooms are small. We were aware of this, but still had to puzzle a bit to be able to unfold our luggage in a comfortable way. Surprisingly large bathroom with both bathtub and shower, which was a nice surprise. Can get a bit rowdy around the hotel, which is the case for the whole area in general. Close to the station which also has direct trains to Narita if you fly in via that airport. Perfect hotel for those who will not spend too much time in the room, but has all the amenities and is easily located to get around Tokyo. Also, very good price."
