“Everything was fantastic during our stay. Location is secluded but close to everything, and hosts are so kind! Still felt very private and we really enjoyed the hot tub. So many accommodations inside the apartment as well to use. 10/10!”

“photos do not do this cabin justice! the views were insane and the host is amazing and kind. they gave us updates on weather and road conditions since we are not from the area. we we’re snowed in and had to head to the airport at 4am. the plow truck wasn’t supposed to come until later in the day but host made sure they plowed the roads before we even woke up! they even made a little trail for us to walk to the car and removed snow from the vehicle which made it easier to defrost! amazing views...

“My husband and I discovered Denver and a few of the surrounding cities very easily from Tina's place. The suite is in the basement of the property (small amount of stairs) and the bedroom area/bath area is separated from the kitchen/living area. Tina is a great hostess and her dog's are just as described and very friendly. If you have pet allergies, the doggos are not allowed in the VRBO area.”

“The Perch is a lovely place to relax and enjoy all that Palisade has to offer. Direct access to the River Bend Park Trail, close to wineries and a lovely patio to enjoy sunset. Cameron went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.”

“What a fantastic place to stay, l have stayed in a lot of places over the years and have never felt so at home! Perfect location, private place to ne at peace yet close enough to run into town. This is an absolute amazing little piece of the world, very easy to get to from everywhere and centrally located to go anywhere. Very clean and well set up along with fully stocked. “The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance to most everything you need. Down hill and x-country skiing was exceptional, the hot tub and heated pool was used daily. Roger was very quick to respond and made our trip enjoyable. The were even dog toys for our pet.”
