  • Welcome to downtown Fruita's Mojoe Inn! The "Zippety Do Dah" apartment is the perfect location to experience this Western Colorado community rich in outdoor adventure. Once the White House Hotel in the early 1900's, this historic spot has been renovated into apartments specifically for modern guests. Main-level private entry and luxury finishes await just steps from Fruita's main street favorites like Hot Tomato Pizza, local breweries and coffee shops; and minutes from world-class mountain biking trails!
    This apartment features a king bed, a full kitchen, and generous space for a couple or a small family (living room does have a sofa sleeper). It is main floor with outdoor private entrance and does has an apartment above it, so some noise may be heard in the building.

This was our fifth stay at Mojo. We have never been disappointed with the apartments we stayed in. We are hoping to transplant to Fruita, if family and friends plan to visit, we hope to take advantage of it for them as well. Absolutely wonderful hosts. THANK YOU!!

Great find. Just blocks from downtown, great little park a couple blocks away for dog. Yard was lovely with chairs on porch to watch life go by.

Great place, very comfy and had everything we needed. Well appointed, right off downtown so close to restaurants. Caitlin was so prompt with communications, and was able to give us a late checkout. Would definitely stay again!

There is a dog in the apartment that you can hear walking around all night. This is not great if you are a light sleeper like my wife.

This was a perfect place for my spouse and me to stay. Immaculate, roomy, nicely decorated, a well stocked kitchen and in a great location. I'd definitely stay there again.

There I was freezing to death because I thought the little sun was a little snowflake, so READ THE DIRECTIONS! I am a repeat customer at the MoJoe Inn for its uniqueness, comfort, and proximity to all of the best restaurants in Fruita. I will be back again, too.

It was a great location just off the main street of Fruita, a short walk to cafes, restaurants and brewpubs. Also liked the short drive to Colorado National Monument and Devil's canyon. The space was bigger than expected and nicely appointed.
