“This property was wonderful. Our family of 4 adults and a toddler enjoyed our visit. The room was beautiful and clean. Spacious enough for us to be comfortable. The beach is gorgeous. They have beach chairs for your use. The pool was fun, with umbrellas and chairs. We’ll be back. ”

“Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.”

“What an incredible experience! This retreat is truly a five star gem. The pool area, nestled amidst lush tropical landscaping, exudes a luxurious resort-like atmosphere. “We stayed at Peggy’s Beach house for a getaway vacation. This was our first VRBO rental experience and it was definitely the best! Everything was clean and orderly, we had an easy check in and out, and the house was stocked with everything we needed- dishes, beach towels and chairs, even mini soap/shampoo etc. It was in a quiet area, but we were close to what we needed and had a quick walk over to the beach. “The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!”

“This house is right on the ocean with a beach that is basically empty of people! We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and having the waves so close you could hear them from the house. While the house isn’t fancy, it was clean and comfortable and well-supplied. The owners were great at communicating. We were very pleased with this find.”

“Our first stay at Turtle Run, but not our first visit to Melbourne Beach. We love this area already. The accommodation was pretty much perfect. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, nice kitchen, porch and patio. Right on the beach, quiet. There are nice restaurants around, but cooked at home a lot, including the outdoor grill. Will definitely will return. Thank you Joe and Marlene.”
