“We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!”

“We had a really wonderful time in the little cottage. The location is superb, the owner and the manager did everything to make our stay perfect! We loved hanging out on our sunchairs in the garden in the evening watching the fireflies and listening to the crickets chirping. The cottage offers everything you need for hanging out, cooking, making coffee, but there are so many amazing restaurants close by that you don t need to do much yourself! Can highly recommend!”

“The property was pretty much as described. Not as colorful as the pictures showed, but was complete with furnishings. The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten”
