“Overall great family resort with good pool area and good rooms but unfortunately very poor service level from staff. ”

“En fantastisk miljö med ett härligt poolområde. Bra restaurang och trevligt live uppträdande. Snabb incheckning och fina nya rum. Tyvärr fick vi vår vistelse förstörd av en skällande hund i grannrummet som höll oss vakna hela natten, hotellets personal ville helst negligera problemet. Inte värt att betala över tre tusen kronor per natt plus resortavgift om du inte kan sova. Svagt av hotellet att inte ta vår anmälan på allvar. Något kunde ju ha hänt hundens matte eller husse. ”

“Bad service by staff. House located by busy road with disturbing traffic. Staff made no effort in helping solving issues in our villa or when we asked to move to a more quiet street. Did not use private pool due to loud traffic ”

“My husband and I stayed for 6 days. The condo was lovely and it had most everything we needed. We went to universal and Disney and the drive to both was easy. It’s very close to Disney’s Magic kingdom. The drive to universal is a bit farther so plan for that. We loved the quiet tranquility of the resort and the ease of going into Orlando. We will be back!”

“This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!”

“Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!”

“Host contacted about many complaints, from the house smelling like animals, low level pool water, knob missing from hot tub, dirty towels, blood stained mattress, soiled sheets, dirty carpet, dirty patio table, dirty pool, internet for televisions not working, filter on refrigerator needing to be changed, and not one time did the host come or send someone to address the concerns. We paid for pool heat in a pool that for the first 3 days we had to keep adding water too, that made the pool cold so...

“BE AWARE!! We booked this stay only to have the host contact us the DAY BEFORE our scheduled check-in date to tell us there was an issue with the house and they could not honor our booking. He then apologized and told me to cancel my reservation. I knew if I canceled within 24 hours I would not get a refund, so I contacted VRBO directly instead to ensure the cancellation went through properly and I got my money back. If you want to go to a resort to relax by the pool, this isn’t it, this is more for people with families. The cottages are well equipped for families. Overall his beautiful !!”
