“En fantastisk miljö med ett härligt poolområde. Bra restaurang och trevligt live uppträdande. Snabb incheckning och fina nya rum. Tyvärr fick vi vår vistelse förstörd av en skällande hund i grannrummet som höll oss vakna hela natten, hotellets personal ville helst negligera problemet. Inte värt att betala över tre tusen kronor per natt plus resortavgift om du inte kan sova. Svagt av hotellet att inte ta vår anmälan på allvar. Något kunde ju ha hänt hundens matte eller husse. ”

“Room alarm clock woke me up at 6am and stole my much needed sleep recovery. My own watch and phone was set at 9am, and I was unable to fall asleep again after I had found and turned off the hotel alarm clock. I filled a complaint at the front desk and requested to inform hotel manager, but never hear back from anyone. Breakfast and lunch provided to the Symposium was under expectation. (Dinner somewhat better though.) It was a surprise that I got a room in another building, about 5 minutes’...

The room are spacious and ok cleaned. Our room smelled moist/stuffed all the time, better if aircon was on. Pool was great for kids, easy but nice breakfast in the morning. Service was good. ”

“nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip”

“When we got there the cleaning lady was seating on the sofa on the phone and told us that she was not done , she finished on the phone and left the bathroom super dirty, no shampoo or conditioner, I was there for 3 nights and the beds were never made or did not receive clean towels I go to the groove every year and this year I was impressed about how dirty the apartment .. but the apartment it’s very cute and comfortable , they just need to work on the cleaning ”

Totally good enough for Disney parks
"The Hotel is very close to the Disney parks, only 10 min by car - it offers a free shuttle to the hollywood studios but not sure time is convenient (morning at 10:50).
