“Great accommodation. Cat welcomed us at the lobby and checked us in early as the room was already available. We also got free parking through Expedia VIP access. The 2 bedroom was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The washer/dryer also worked perfectly. ”

“The cleaning was not ok. Dirty in all rooms. Looked like some quickly went over the big surfaces but didn't care about everything else. The house we stayed in was modern and well equipped in the kitchen. The beds was not good and felt cheap. The pull-out sofa was really bad so it is not ok for 5 people, only 4.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend ”

“Reservation was cancelled at a ridiculous time. 12.50am (almost 1am) & over the Easter weekend so I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to see why reservation was cancelled. I had to get my 2 kids up 10months & 1years old because I woke up to change my child nappy & feed her & received the email that our reservation had been cancelled. So overall wasn’t happy with the stay well wasn’t a stay as reservation was cancelled 8-9hours after check in. ”

“Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...
