“The cleaning was not ok. Dirty in all rooms. Looked like some quickly went over the big surfaces but didn't care about everything else. The house we stayed in was modern and well equipped in the kitchen. The beds was not good and felt cheap. The pull-out sofa was really bad so it is not ok for 5 people, only 4.”

“Communication with the host was great and we really appreciated the early check-in. The house was as pictured - great for 2 or 3 people, but not really enough comfortable seating for more. Very handy to Manukau and a quiet neighbourhood. It's on the flight path but we weren't bothered by that. The beds we used were very comfortable, with extra bedding provided. “Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...
