“Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). “The view is even better in person. We enjoyed the property, the pool (which has a fabulous view as well), walked to Palm Beach in the morning for breakfast and a stroll on the beach. Great location for anything you want to do on the island. Would love to return!”

“We came to the island for a wedding but wanted to stay an extra night. The location was great. You could see palm beach from the porch of the property. Very short walk to Palm Beach which had a great little restaurant and store right by it. The resort has a good restaurant as well, which is right there. If you are not in your own vehicle I would suggest taking a cab to the property with luggage. The walk to the property from the bus we took had a pretty steep climb to do with all of our bags....

“We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea.”

“Loved the pool, perfect temperature clean and super deep. House was beautiful! unfortunately the spa bath didnt work or the oven or fridge. ( Repair man came and fixed fridge but oven was unrepairable.) That was quite a pain. Aside from appliances we would love to go again as was just a beautiful location and the space was so picture perfect. Thank you so much.”

“Really liked the island of Waiheke. Enjoyed the view from the deck. Great privacy for a unit in a holiday resort. Need to remove excess items from drawers to free up storage space. The six air fresheners were overpowering, and the table “ cloth” should be chucked out! I think the unit met our expectations. Nice little place for a short stay.”

“We arrived late so really appreciated the fully stocked pantry and fridge eggs juice bread fruit and so much more. There's a few steps up to the apartment but the view is worth it. The interior has all the luxury trimmings of five star retreat clean quiet super comfortable bed and each bedroom has it's own ensuite. Our hosts Tanya and Noel were so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making the last part of our trip memorable”
