“Kleiner Bungalow in schönem Garten mit Wahnsinnsausblick, sauber, eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool ist groß und warm mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Kleiner, wenig besuchter Strand mit direkter Parkmöglichkeit in Eze.”

“We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!”

“Very nice house. Clean and well equipped. Kitchen and common dining area newly refurbished. Great pool-area and outdoor kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owners (who live in the upstair unit). Some noise could be heard from the nearby motorway, but nothing that we found to be a problem. Many nearby beaches and attractions within a realtively short driving distance.”

“This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.”

“Un séjour très agréable dans une maison de caractere très bien équipée, à la décoration soignée et raffinée. Les espaces extérieurs sont très appréciables et la piscine un vrai atout qui contribue au plaisir du séjour. Une fois les parking repérés en haut du village, les commerces principaux sont accessibles à pied. Les propriétaires sont de plus très accueillants et réactifs par messages et de bons conseils.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful time. The location is amazing, everything is top quality inside from decor to appliances. Adeline was very helpful and accommodating. Even with our flight delayed to Nice and the rain upon our arrival at the location, she had saved us a great parking spot close by. The parking can be tricky but they have a great solution, I just recommend that if you have a small car, it'll just be easier. We can't wait to return.”

“Wir haben en Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und klimatisiert. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gibt es nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Großartig war der Poolbereich, den man immer für sich alleine hatte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen Tipp offen.”

“Das Haus von Jean-Christoph liegt wunderschön an einem Hang. Es ist bestens ausgerüstet, wir haben oft gekocht und alles ist vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern. Die Kommunikation mit Jean-Christoph verlief ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen wieder ;-)”

“Die Wohnung isst sehr schön und für drei Personen ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Dadurch dass sie auf dem Anwesen wohnen auch jederzeit erreichbar aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Ein tolles Gastgeber Ehepaar - fünf Sterne!!! Jederzeit wieder😁👍”

“For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

“Mycket trevligt hotell. Tillmötesgående personal. Väldigt rent och fint. Receptionen är bara bemannad 3 Tim på fm och 3 Tim på em, så man får hålla sig till dessa tider om man vill ha hjälp. Hotellet ligger perfekt till i Eze! Nära gamla stadsdelen och nära affär och busshållplats. Vi var jättenöjda!”

“Stayed here for the Rugby World Cup in Nice and we were recommended Antibes as a quiet alternative. Right by the motorway, easy access to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We had a car and parking was available indoors at a cost. The hotel was excellent though. Clean, friendly staff, great rooms and a nice pool. ”
