“We had the best week in Scotland and will definitely return. The location of the property is fabulous. The scenery and wildlife were amazing. The Pine Martens came every night for the jam butties and eggs we put out for them. We even saw a Golden Eagle flying overhead. Walk down the path towards the Castle and there are seals on the rocks. Paula could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Sorry we could only stay for a week .”

“Wonderful location with outstanding views. The property is, however, very tired and dated - probably 80's. Fraying carpet, mouldy grouting in the bathroom, broken dishwasher, to name just a few things. Place needs a complete refurbishment- and more comfortable beds and bed linen.”

“The Croft house was an absolute dream. We had everything (and more) that we needed. Catherine is a wonderful host and was available for any questions and made sure we were not lacking for anything. The house is a beautiful setup and the surroundings are magnificent. We enjoyed the highland views, animals rotating on the properties and the beautiful mature garden, all while having comforts like plush towels, a blender, and WiFi (amongst other things). “The property was amazing, immaculate and the surrounding area was stunning The property had everything needed for self catering with hand soap and loo roll in all the bathrooms We hired the hot tub which was great there was flip flops and dressing gowns available, the hosts attention to detail was superb I would definitely recommend this property for larger groups”

“Stayed in the lodge- you pay for the hot tub and the setting. The accommodation is dated and cramped with little amenities especially in the kitchen-broken utensils etc. Feel the price warrants a little bit of a higher standard. Restaurant on main hotel serves great seafood. Just don’t expect the lodge accommodation to match the outdoor facilities!”

“Karl was very helpful upon arrival showing us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. The only tiny thing was finding the Chalet as google maps pin was set to the field over so just drive another 50 yards after Google tells you have arrived but even then the local neighbours were lovely helping us find it and it was a beautiful area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!”
