“Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie ”

“Séjour de 5 jours à Lausane, Montreux et Neuchatel, tranferts par le train, l appart étant à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare, pratique. On a eu la chance d'avoir un rez de jardin-terrasse ”

“I arrived and it was dirty. I left straight away and booked hotel elsewhere. Lost money but was not willing to stay there so gross.”

“A great chalet in Morzine. Generous sized rooms, comfy beds and great communal facilities including the hot tub and sauna made this the ideal base for a weeks skiing. Super close to the free D bus to get to the lifts and stunning views over the town, particularly pleasant to watch the torch parade and fireworks on Thursday night.”

“Property was in an excellent location and easy to find as it was one of three round tower buildings. Ski in and out, 100m to supermarket, bars and restaurants.”

“Reception staff was very nice and serviceminded. But the cleaning of the rooms was very bad. The carpet floor was very dirty and the shower aswell. The rooms should make a big renovation and remove all the carpets.”
