“Depuis 8 ans que nous louons chaque été avec des attentes des plus diverses entre les enfants, petits et grands, et leur parents, cet endroit est le seul qui ait jusqu'à présent fait l'unanimité, alliant possibilités d'activités ou de repos, soleil ou nuages, excursions en montagne a 10km ou baignade dans le lac a 100m, des petits commercants top à 1km ou le grand supermarché à 15 min en voiture, et un proprietaire des plus reactifs au moindre petit souci. Beauté, calme, chaleur (mais pas trop),...

“The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year.”

“We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

“Reception staff was very nice and serviceminded. But the cleaning of the rooms was very bad. The carpet floor was very dirty and the shower aswell. The rooms should make a big renovation and remove all the carpets.”
