“This cottage was fantastic! quite, private, very clean, everything you need is in the kitchen, grocery store close by. Less than 5 mi to the ferry to Port Aransas. Pier is well equipped and is next to the channel with lots of dolphins swimming by. We were able to catch our bait. Definitely going back. ”

We spent days cooking out, fishing off the back pier, kayaking, playing cornhole and seeing the local sights. The neighborhood was amazing and quite. All contact with the homeowner was very quick and so helpful. For anyone looking for an amazing vacation get away this is a must stay.”

“This was one of the best house I have stayed at it was so clean and check in was so easy. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. There where a few things like the water pressure down Stairs Could’ve had more Pressure, and the a/c worked but we had to keep the upstairs really cold for everyone downstairs to be comfortable to sleep other then that it was really nice place and we will be staying again.”

“My family and I visited the area while watching my nephew run track at regionals in Kingsville. The check in process was super easy and Nina was very friendly! The home was clean and exactly as photographed. Lots of space for parking and we really appreciated all the extras like soap/shampoo/conditioner/make up removing wipes. Also loved that there were toys and games to entertain the kids. Highly recommend staying here and we’ll be back. Also, the nephew is state bound in track!”

“This was our second stay here. It was as good as the first. Beds are comfortable, air conditioner works great. Kitchen is well equipped. Only complaint is there are no hot pad holders and only one dish towel that we could find.”

Nina, management, was always available and extremely helpful. Shout out to their maintenance man who came and picked up our trash because we missed trash day!
