“The house was nice and probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I have rented. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to the size of the house. It is very convenient to get to town and the Rockport beach. It only takes about 12 minutes to both.”

“There was construction across the street. We saw several homeless people. Very sad. Once construction is complete I believe this will be a premier spot! Room was slightly dirty. There were chip crumbs in one of the chairs. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Overall very happy with price and employees also.”

“I can’t rave enough about our stay at Flip Flop Cottage! The house was in a great location in Rockport, clean, well maintained stocked with dishes, cookware and some spices/condiments. The host was quick to answer any questions I had and even let us check in an hour early. There were 4 adults, 6 kids and our dog and we all had ample room to relax. The beds were heavenly, so comfortable! We will definitely be back!”
