“We loved the view from the backyard overlooking the harbor. The gardens were on multiple levels and unique and beautiful. Loved the decor in our room and the handcrafted woodwork. Piping hot espresso in the morning, and we used the microwave to cook our breakfast in the morning. A toaster would've been great, and there was a hot plate, but we couldn't figure it out as there was an error code. We didn't really need it though. The view of the ocean, indoor and outdoor space on both floors, 10 rooms with plenty of room for people to sleep as well as hangout, created a magical weekend for our family and friends. “We had a great stay, the only reason we gave it 4 stars was because there was a "ring/ automatic light camera" in the backyard. There were no shades or covering for the doors that lead to the backyard. it felt like we were being watched thru the back doors. Also, no blinds on windows,or no screen doors! Hard to open and let fresh air in without the bugs flying in the house. However, house was very nice and clean. Quiet location and you can actually see the beach and hear the waves!”

“We stayed here with our two kids and really enjoyed the house. Each day we had different things planned and being close to the freeway made getting places a breeze. Parking felt safe and the house is perfectly set up to relax and enjoy. Check in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. The showers were great with nice water pressure. We didn’t use the washer and dryer but it was nice to have them there in case. The beds and pillows were comfy and the kids enjoyed the tv with Roku....

“This was a perfect little spot for a family of four. We explored Santa Cruz and the beaches and also all of the surrounding areas. It’s a no frills and comfortable, clean spot to post up. As mentioned, a little road noise but in passing all of the local hotels, I feel like it would be similar wherever you stay!”
