Very cute home in a great location. It’s only about a 5-block walk to the pier, with a beautiful view and deck from the upstairs bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet but still walkable to bars and coffee shops. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortably fit our family. The kitchen was excellent (we cook a lot), and the TV, internet, and washer/dryer all worked well. We also had no parking issues.We did have a couple of hiccups. The keypad instructions were a bit incorrect, but once we were shown the correct way to use it and given a physical key, it was fine. Unfortunately, the hot water heater went out the day we arrived and wasn’t repaired until Monday afternoon , which was inconvenient timing and required us to get a motel room for showers. The host did comp almost one night, which we appreciated.Overall, this is a lovely home and we would absolutely stay here again—it just happened to be our unlucky weekend with the hot water.
