“Laikyns Lodge is an amazing home on a beautiful sprawling property. It is a beautiful, huge log home with quality everywhere. Amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. “The cabin is perfect in it’s location. It faces a pond and the host has placed two bird feeders in front of the cabin. “The cabin was very clean and well appointed. My 2 grandchildren, 7 and 9, loved 'their room' on the lower level. They also enjoyed the foosball table and ping pong (although, bring your own ping pong paddles and balls). There were enough kitchen plugins to accommodate our Thanksgiving dinner appliances. The house is located on a quite street away from all neighbors and is all wooded in the back. Over all it was most enjoyable!”

“This is the second year my group has rented this property. Great price for the number of beds. Love the large activity room. Our only (minor) issue last year was that the grill was out of propane, so we had to do burgers on the skillet. Happy to report the grill was ready to go this year, and they even had a spare tank! We will likely be back next year too!”

“You won’t get claustrophobia here - open, rustic decor, feels a bit like a really big, cool man cave. Two games could use some attention — small version of foosball needs repaired or replaced; the bumper pool table needs nuts to hold down the bumpers; the jute box needs repairing as well. The hiking was outta this world! Reminds us so much of many spots in Zion National Park in Utah. Ohio’s best kept secret!”
