“We enjoyed having such a scenic view. The pond, yard, and river was beautiful! This is a great quiet place to stay. It was like a peaceful home away from home for our family. The host, Jeff, was awesome as well. Perfect location to be in the middle of nowhere but close enough to get to Sault St. Marie within 20 minutes. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us at Camp Goldade!”

“We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again!”

“Did we enjoy our stay? Yes Would we like to stay there again? Yes But the cabin may not be for everyone. Others have commented on deferred maintenance, and you may find window-coverings/windows/window locks that don't work well or at all, flaking paint on the bathroom ceiling, duct tape on the floor, or shaky railings outside.
