“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Talga. The place was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed seeing all the kangaroos on the property. It was so relaxing to stay on a vineyard. Views are beautiful. We had such a lovely sleep. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Property was near to all the local attractions but away to be able to enjoy. Highly recommend this place to anyone. ”

“Spicer’s guesthouse was lovely, with modern and comfortable rooms and the grounds were very pretty, with manicured gardens and wild kangaroos watching from a distance. The staff were friendly but maybe not always as attentive as they could have been. Given the guesthouse is the premium hotel of the Hunter Valley and was quite expensive I’m just uncertain as to what exactly we paid for. Nice stay
"Spicer’s guesthouse was lovely, with modern and comfortable rooms and the grounds were very pretty, with manicured gardens and wild kangaroos watching from a distance. The staff were friendly but maybe not always as attentive as they could have been. Given the guesthouse is the premium hotel of the Hunter Valley and was quite expensive I’m just uncertain as to what exactly we paid for. I think if you’re going to have a premium price you should be able to justify it in some way by distinguishing yourself from the competition but it was unclear to me if Spicer’s really achieved this. It was a nice hotel without being amazing or anything."
