“I was staying for my work at visa seeker shuttle service. It was only 10 minutes away by car. Services were exactly as advertised. I wish they could add complimentary water on check-in. ”

“The reservation included 2 double beds for 3 people. The photos shown online and also in the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me made it look like the 2nd double bed was in a smaller/separate bedroom within what the hotel called a "Deluxe Suite." However, at checkin time, it became clear that there was only a single room with a single double bed. The only option was for the staff to bring an extra bed into the room, which decreased the amount of available free space in the room....
