“Mycket bra modernt skick på boende och bekväma sängar. Fanns även mellanmål i kylen till oss när vi anlände. Det enda som var dåligt var att det fanns ingen ventilation i rummet vilket gjorde att man sov dåligt. Fick öppna fönstret vilket vi ej gjorde när vi la oss på grund av att vi bodde på bottenvåningen.”

“This place is absolutely charming. The rooms have everything you need without any bustling of traditional hotels. We were in one of a cluster of mini houses but it felt like a private place on the bay. “Didn’t really look like a hotel coming up the road, and the gravel road definitely need some maintenance. But don’t let the worn out look fool you. The service is great, the rooms are simple but comfortable and the beds are good. The location is close to Vik and the reynisfjara black beach. The breakfast is better than expected and overall we had a really good experience of this place. Eve though we almost turned away approaching it 😀”

“Great landing spot for one night on a 9 day road trip around Iceland. Conveniently off the highway, with amenities around (grocery, restaurant, gas). The small cottage was cute and homely, and clean. The only thing to note is that the shower/bathroom is incredibly small (shower doors fold out). It didn’t bother us but may be challenging for someone taller/bigger. ”
