“Was supposed to stay in a 1 bedroom but it had maintenance issues and Jean put us in her 2 bedroom, Jackpot luckily. It was the cleanest, nicest condo we have stayed in. The view was the best. Right on the beach on the 3rd floor. Watching and hearing the waves, watched the birds, saw dolphins. In this area you cannot get any closer to the beach. The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and the owner included many thoughtful touches, such as coffee, spices, and plenty of clean kitchen towels. We very much appreciated she had decorated it for Thanksgiving for our stay, including a platter that made it easy to serve the turkey! “What a wonderful getaway! This place was super clean and super convenient to the pool and to the beach! It's about a two minute walk to the beach that you can see from your back porch slightly and about a min walk from the outdoor pool. Convenient enough they have a bathroom right before rhe beach entrance. The food lion, gas station, a few restaurants and bars, a beach store and a creamory are about a three min walk. “The original listing when I booked said there was a futon and twin beds in room 2, but there was no futon, which put one person in our group of 5 sleeping on the couch. The place is cute with a nice fenced yard. The location, as in proximity to things, was great, but the neighborhood itself was a little run down and junky in certain areas. This particular unit and yard was definitely one of the nicest on the street. Overall, it was fine for a weekend visit, especially for the price.”
