“I would stay there again! Apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. It took us a little while to understand the rail system from New Jersey to Manhattan, but after that, everything was a breeze. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would have liked a washer and dryer, but other than that, all was fine.”

“The listing and staged photos for this apartment are a bit misleading. It says it can accommodate 8; we were five adults and three kids, but only if you set up an additional two portable beds. Doing this, you need to move furniture around, and you do not have any privacy as the only room with a door is a single bedroom, and the rest is open concept. The Apartment is basically a very narrow rectangle without any elevator in the building and a very small toilet, so I would say it could accommodate...

“Localização excelente para quem optou ficar fora de Manhattan. A 100m da casa consegue se ver uma vista magnifica da grande metrópole. Bom sistema de transporte público (onibus) com tempo médio de 25 min até Port Autorithy (a poucos minutos a pe da Times Square). Proximo da casa tem mercados e drogarias. As fotos refletem o que é o imovel e a limpeza é boa. Em resumo, um bom custo beneficio.”

The owner is helpful but something needs to be addressed here. Owner is not super responsive. This is a very small place, not enough beds (not as described). This place is ideal for 4-6 people max. Dinning area is very small. The biggest issue is safety and smell. I'm still trying to get a refund - no response from owner.”
