The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. “The location is perfect. The beach is just a few short blocks away. A Wawa is conveniently right across the street for a quick bite to eat. The off street parking was a plus. It was just a quick one night stay, but we would love to come back again to stay longer in the warmer months. Everything is exactly as described and shown in the pictures from the listing. Has pretty much anything you need for a vacation.”

“We enjoyed this cozy apartment within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. Small but perfect for the two of us, with everything we needed. My fault for not noticing in the description that it’s a second floor apartment, which was fine for us but noting here as it’s alot of steps and would be difficult for folks with mobility issues. Owner communicated clearly and check in and out were easy. We would stay here again for sure!”

“Awesome place with a great location. We were attending a beach wedding and literally had a 2 minute walk to the venue so location was perfect for us. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. You have a deck in unit 3 to enjoy and a wide open courtyard. Owners are super nice and live onsite if you need help with anything.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. “My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, mostly everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive away. The beds were comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing, and only specifically if you’re planning on cooking, the kitchen doesn’t have the best equipment. But otherwise, fantastic, and we would definitely stay again.”

“I would stay there again! Apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. It took us a little while to understand the rail system from New Jersey to Manhattan, but after that, everything was a breeze. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would have liked a washer and dryer, but other than that, all was fine.”
