“Good location, good public transportation connections and limousine buss connection to the airport from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to the Lotte Department Store from the hotel was convenient. Many tourist attractions close by and more tourist attractions accessible with public transportation. “Second time to stay here - Great stay, nice room and view. Only unfortunate was smokers from the roof top, some even in the rooms although nonsmoking however the smell came right through! Not just one night either. Please remove smoking area from rooftop and deal harder with people smoking in the rooms.”

“Friendly staff that also seemed to enjoy working with eachother was a big plus for the general vibe. Location was close to line 2 and 1 subway, room was spacious and clean. Good thing about this hotel compared to some others near City Hall was that you could not hear any of the demonstrations and stuff going on there.”

Its always very clean, quiet and with great facilities such as lounge areas, shared kitchen, gym and laundrymat. The staff is very kind and always help solve any and all issues. “We stayed for 8 nights in Seoul at the end of May. Loved it. An amazing city with so much to see. So much of it was walkable and the hotel was a good starting point. Easy walk to Namsan mountain and the cable car, loads of shopping and dining on the doorstep. The room was comfortable, the window looked out onto North Seoul tower. The nicest cleaning lady ever on the 15th floor, so smiley and pleasant! The breakfast was great, loads of choice. Would definitely be happy to stay there again. ”
