“We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10”

“This place was wonderful. A few kitchen items we missed but nothing too serious. Fairly close to grocery store, we walked there but got an Uber back. Was quiet at night. Wish we had more of time to walk around the area a bit more. ”

“Incredible weekend with Friends and this location was a perfect fit for 4 old college mates who were at our annual pilgrimage to the Penn Relays.Very well stocked wiith everything you'd need for your stay. Definitely walking distance to the many sites you need to see in Philly! Irina, our host, was absolutely sensational and her responses were timely and spot on to any request. We will return for sure! “The house is very spacious and is great for a gathering of family and friends. The upstairs bedroom (obviously formerly a den) lacks sufficient lighting and curtains are missing on 3 windows (the room is ground level and faces the driveway / walkway). The lighting throughout the house is insufficient and some overhead light bulbs are burned out. The host was very pleasant and responsive to emails.”

“I had a great time here! The property was better than advertised. I had a friend / family group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan and multiple floors for privacy. The host made things very clear in the preparation email and my stay went well with 0 issues thanks to the clear directions. Surrounding streets could be nicer lol but overall the experience was great there are multiple restaurants and Casino within walking distance. ”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. We came down for an event and didn't spend too much time on the property. However, it was clean and nicely furnished. The owner was prompt in responding to questions. Would recommend.”

“Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.”

“House was very nice. Close to Longwood and busy noisy road. I had trouble getting information because I did not download VRBO APP, also had trouble with door lock, instructions for door lock did not match the lock on the door. Owner was available and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Nice place”

“We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Franklin Institute. Street parking was pretty easy to find, despite the construction down the block, and we never got a ticket. Gabe and Jon...

“Nice 3 story home. It would be a good ides to let visitors know where to park. Breaker flipped once when we used the wall electric heater, and the dishes were put back into the cabinet dirty (could have been done by the previous visitors). Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Really liked the convenience to the PCC. Because if it's "industrial" set-up we could hear noise from other units when flushing the toilet. More insulation is needed for noise purposes.”
