“This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!”

“We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. “Great neighborhood. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Fairly quiet. As one who has allergies, I was slightly disappointed with not being able to use the ceiling fan. The blades were covered in dust, and I couldn't reach them to clean. Should be cleaned/wiped periodically. Also, there is a need for exterminator services.
