Denna gång en viss besvikelse
Vi har många gånger bott på hotellet och alltid trivts. Dessvärre denna gång en viss besvikelse. Varför? 1) Känns som om hotellet "har sparkrav". Saknade body lotion, bomulls rondeller, tops. 2) Skräpigt i direkt anslutning till hotellet dess entrédörr och terass (markplan). 3) Baren håller inte "gästernas" förväntningar gällande öppettiderna! Öppettid 18:00 känns oerhört sent. Söndag och måndag är baren stängd vilket är oerhört irriterande!! 4) Barpersonalen saknar "barkänslan" 5) Musikvalet i baren.. Diskotek! Önskvärt är en mer "baranpassad" musik! Kontentan av ova, vid nästa besök i Krakow så blir det dessvärre annat hotell.

Bra hotell centralt och med jättebra frukost.
Jättetrevligt hotell som ligger granne med centralen och superstort shoppingcenter. Några minuters gångavstånd till gamla stan. Trevligt rum med bra badrum med golvvärme och dusch. Frukosten var väldigt bra och det fanns mycket att välja på. Vi åt inte på hotellet på kvällarna så vågar inte svara på hur maten var men det såg trevligt ut över lag i restaurangen. Skulle absolut bo här igen.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge nära centralstationen. Granne med Krakow galleria och 5 minuters gångväg till Gamla stan. Vårt rum var ganska litet men i gott skick.

Modern hotel with good location close to old town
Nice visit at the Vienna House. Great breakfast and only a 5min walk to the old town. Room was comfy and had a quiet location to the square outside the shopping mall. Breakfast was great and the bar was good as well.

Topphotell
Centralt hotell med stora och fina rum. En liten bastu o relaxavdelning som vi nyttjade en eftermiddag. Bra frukost och en trevlig bar att ta ett glas i när man kom hem. Väldigt lätt att ta sig från flyget med tåget som stannar nära hotellet. Bra köpcentra i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Om jag skall hitta fel så är hör man spårvagnen lite som ett dovt muller men inget som stör nämnvärt. Helt klart ett mycket bra hotell med trevlig och till mötesgående personal.

Trevligt hotell nära tågstation och gamla stan
Vi besökte Kraków över långhelgen 1 maj. Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från tågcentralen så det var enkelt att ta sig från flygplatsen till hotellet med tåg. Hotellet höll på att renoveras så de hade en tillfällig reception. Hotellet är modernt med trevlig personal och mycket god mat serveras i restaurangen. Frukosten kunde vara bättre.

Superbra, trevligt och bra läge
Hotellet har ett perfekt läge, 200m från tåg och buss station. 500m till gamla stan med massa sevärdheter, affärer, barer och restauranger. 50m till Krakowska mall. Bra frukost även bra mat i baren. Trevlig personal, alla talade perfekt engelska. Väldigt lugnt och tyst på hotellet.
